Duties

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Follow a daily schedule
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Requirements

Requirements:

• understanding of child development principles and behavior management techniques
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High school diploma or equivalent education
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check and a drug screen
