What Does An Automatic Door Inside Sales Rep Do?
A day begins at our shop with a caffeine jolt, and checking the email inbox for field quote approvals. Then hit the phones like a teenager, calling to follow up on open estimates or fresh leads. Expand those current customer relationships and help add newbies to the client roster and in general help ensure customer satisfaction! After refueling on snacks and laughing at the latest office YouTube clip, tallying who has sold the most or called the most people jump back into the fray helping with juggle odds and ends on the to-do list to help sales team co-workers throughout the day is just part of our small office environment filled with hustle and humor. The day ends with a high five on all customers helped, deals closed, and then heading home to put your feet up.

What Qualities Do I Need To Meet Those Demands?
- A Great Communicator!
- Perseverance following up with customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Letting customers know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Learn and gain an understanding of our products and their function/application
- Properly complete forms, reports, logs, and records
- Super Organized, with an eye of detail
- Must have B2B customer service or sales experience
- Experience in Construction Bid or Project Mgmt process a plus

The Deets:
- This is a full time gig, M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
- We pay pretty darn good

The Fine Print
This position begins with a 30-day training trial, followed by an evaluation to determine suitability for permanent position. Confidentiality and non-compete agreement required. This position is performance based pay evaluated quarterly - earn more when you produce more!!
