Job Title: Insurance Benefits Specialist
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Benefits Specialist for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contacting insurance companies, obtaining benefits information, and creating financial estimates based on those benefits. As there will be minimal training provided, prior experience in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact insurance companies via phone or online to gather detailed benefits information.
- Review and analyze insurance benefits to create accurate financial estimates.
- Document and organize obtained information systematically.
- Communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of insurance benefits and financial estimation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
