Job Title: Materials Receiver
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm, OT on Fridays (1-3x monthly)
Pay: $18/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Receiver to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording materials that arrive at our facility. The ideal candidate will have prior receiving experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure they match purchase orders and specifications.
- Accurately record received materials in the company’s inventory system.
- Utilize an RF Scan Gun to scan barcodes and update inventory records (RF Scan Gun experience a plus).
- Ensure that all materials are stored in the correct locations for easy access and retrieval.
- Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Report any damaged or incorrect shipments to the appropriate department.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Be on your feet for most of the day and able to lift or move materials as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a receiving role is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (experience with inventory software a plus).
- Strong math skills for verifying quantities and measurements.
- RF Scan Gun experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and move materials.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- No forklift experience required.

* Compare shipping routes or methods to determine which have the least environmental impact.
