Position Summary


We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative with medical sales experience to help us expand our client base. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. If you love consultative selling, B2B relationship building, and driving revenue growth, this is the opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and Develop New Business

•   Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads in the industrial sector.

•   Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and hiring needs.

2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships

•   Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.

•   Meet regularly with clients to assess their staffing needs and ensure satisfaction.

3. Drive Sales and Revenue Growth

•   Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.

•   Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

4. Consultative Selling

•   Educate clients on Trinity’s staffing solutions and value proposition.

•   Present customized workforce strategies to solve client staffing challenges.

5. Collaborate with Internal Teams

•   Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and placements.

•   Provide market insights to help refine service offerings.

6. Track Sales & Report on Metrics

•   Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze pipeline performance.

•  Report on progress, forecast sales, and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications

•   2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, ideally in staffing or recruitment.

•   Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

•   Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers & executives.

•   Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

•   Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. 

•  Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.

* Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
* Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
* Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
* Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
* Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
* Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
* Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
* Direct trained survey interviewers.
* Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
