Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and Develop New Business
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads in the industrial sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and hiring needs.
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships
• Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
• Meet regularly with clients to assess their staffing needs and ensure satisfaction.
3. Drive Sales and Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
4. Consultative Selling
• Educate clients on Trinity’s staffing solutions and value proposition.
• Present customized workforce strategies to solve client staffing challenges.
5. Collaborate with Internal Teams
• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and placements.
• Provide market insights to help refine service offerings.
6. Track Sales & Report on Metrics
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze pipeline performance.
• Report on progress, forecast sales, and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
• 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, ideally in staffing or recruitment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers & executives.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
