Job Title: Welder - MIG/Flux
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $20 - $23/hr based on experience
We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team at a well-established industrial manufacturing company. Specializing in precision engineering, we craft high-quality components and machinery for a variety of industries, including coffee grinders, cherry pitters, and tobacco cutters.
As a welder, you’ll work with MIG, flux core, and metal core welding processes to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to excellence in all aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding using MIG, flux core, and metal core methods
- Complete weld tests (plate test) and ensure weld quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow detailed blueprints and engineering drawings
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Experience with MIG, flux core, and metal core welding
- Ability to pass a plate weld test (morning tests preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual

* Use hand-welding, flame-cutting, hand-soldering, or brazing equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
* Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, and flux, according to welding chart specifications or types and thicknesses of metals.
* Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.
* Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
* Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys.
