Experience in a church or nonprofit setting is helpful but not required. The Parish Administrator is often the first point of contact for visitors and parishioners, so warmth and professionalism are both key.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing, but also a good listener and compassionate presence
- Able to create weekly bulletins, flyers and simple communications (experience with Microsoft Publisher or similar tools is a plus)
- Discreet and pastoral, with sensitivity to the needs of others
