- Confirm trades and mortgage information promptly upon receipt of job folders
- Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, material deliveries, and other important information
- Permit- communication with cities and inspections
- Obtain necessary signatures and permissions as required
- Follow up with homeowners post-build for feedback and satisfaction
- Coordinate final inspections and communicate results to homeowners
- Ensure all job-related documentation is accurately updated in Acculynx
