Job Summary:
Trinity Fellowship Church is seeking a dedicated and organized Production Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our worship services and special events by coordinating and managing our production volunteers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ministry, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and have a well-rounded understanding of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Training: Identify, recruit, and facilitate training for volunteers for various production roles, including audio, video, lighting, and stage management.
- Scheduling: Create and manage volunteer schedules to ensure all production needs are met for worship services and special events.
- Coordination: Work closely with the worship and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of volunteer efforts.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for volunteers to enhance their skills and engagement.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with volunteers, providing updates, feedback, and recognition.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the volunteer team promptly and effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all volunteers adhere to safety protocols and church policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in production and technical environments is preferred. Previous experience in volunteer coordination is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of audio, video, and lighting equipment is encouraged. Experience in Planning Center online is very important.
- Personal Attributes: A heart for ministry, a team player, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
