Trinity Glass International has fulltime quality inspector positions available at our Breinigsville, PA manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be a team player and have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful inspector will demonstrate a high level of attention-to-detail and strong ability to identify discrepancies against work orders, as well as a working knowledge of inspection, measuring and test equipment. A bilingual team player is a plus.
We are looking for candidates to work in our Paint Department on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product and label quality by performing incoming material and line inspections.
- Identify deviations and recommend appropriate disposition.
- Communicate discrepancies and nonconformity to appropriate team leaders.
- Document findings, actions taken and results.
- Release materials and finished product.
- Complete daily quality documentation.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Quality, regulatory or compliance experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in reading procedures, instructions, work orders.
- General knowledge of Quality Assurance, Product Safety and Compliance, Continuous Improvement
- Office Platform: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift components that may weigh up to 30 pounds. Team lift heavier components.
- Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
- Walk short distances in a manufacturing environment.
- Climb stairs to main office area.
