Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires proficiency in electrical, plumbing,painting, tiling and flooring. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, conducting repairs, and ensuring a safe and functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in painting is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
