What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Trinity Health At Home?
St. Mary's Home care & Hospice is seeking a full time Administrative Assistance in the Athens area.
Administrative duties include:
- Front desk reception duties including answering a multi-line phone and screening visitors, mail, and deliveries
- Administrative office support to Senior Leaders within the office such as ordering supplies, copies, and faxes
- Maintain office environment such as notifying landlord of building issues, etc.
Medical Records Duties include:
- Participate in the ADRs/RACs/CERTS process (requests for information)
- Monitors and responds to all requests from regulatory entities including ADRs/RACs/CERTS
- Compile requests in the predetermined format
- Perform quality review to ensure documentation has been completely and accurately assembled
- Submits requested information for ADRs/RACs/CERTS within required timeframe.
- Maintains ADRs/RACs/CERTS log by updating regularly
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent level of experience required.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in healthcare, customer service or relevant experience.
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
- Must have strong computer skills
- Ability to consistently demonstrate a commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
