- Make a real difference by providing care in the comfort of patients’ homes
- Work with a nationally recognized, non-profit organization committed to holistic patient care
- Assist patients with personal care needs, including hygiene and mobility assistance
- Provide light housekeeping and support in maintaining a safe, healthy environment
- Support patients' overall well-being in a home care setting
- CNA certification in Pennsylvania (PA) required
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in home care, hospice, or institutional settings
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to patient homes
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional relationships with patients and families
