Weekend Registered Nurse – 3 – 12 hour shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. What You Will Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care techniques

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

• Home healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong computer and technology skills required.

• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.

• Preferred Experience: Home Care, Wound Care, Acute Care, Med-Surg, ICU Stepdown, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
