Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and repositioning to ensure patient comfort.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Maryland
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health (preferred).
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Pay Range: $18.26-$27.39 per hour
