What You Will Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care with a focus on infusion therapy.
- Develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses at home.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize industry-leading EMR systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with strong infusion therapy skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Preferred experience in Home Care or Med/Surg Hospital settings.
