Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Med Surg / Telemetry to join our team on a per diem basis. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Nursing License in the state where working, along with active BLS certification
- Minimum of 18 months – 2 years of recent clinical experience, depending on specialty area
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when planning and performing professional nursing care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
- Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring
