Description:
Provides clerical support for staff and patients. Primary duties include answering phones, data entry, food inventory management/orderings, typing/composing general correspondence, scheduling meetings, answering phones, managing database, and other general office duties.
- Live answers of telephone and takes detailed messages. Update QuickBase, Teams Chats, Epic and Epic Workque when messages warrant further documentation.
- Performs a wide variety of word processing assignments, such as: letters, meeting minutes, memos, simple and complex charts, Excel forms/charts, reports and the like from written copy. Proofs copy for errors and submits for review.
- Orders/maintains office supplies. Keeps all supplies put away with adequate par levels. Run HMR related errands when necessary.
- Performs other routine clerical duties such as copying, organizing educational materials, collecting information, updating records, and assisting in maintaining teaching calendars.
- Operates standard office equipment including word processor, complex telephone systems, photocopy machine, calculator and fax machine. Responsible for obtaining maintenance as required.
- Distributes, sorts and prioritizes, all incoming mail/food shipments for HMR.
- Assists with assemble and distribution of HMR booklets/binders, and all printed materials for program.
