Shift Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 11pm - 9am
Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11pm - 9
Training Schedule:
First two weeks of hire - M-F, 8a-430pm EPIC training.

Position Summary:
Patient Access Representative works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient customer service.
What a Patient Access Representative will do:
- Greet all patients, verifies insurance eligibility and obtains accurate records.
- Facilitates patient throughout, by collecting co-payments, obtaining signatures and making updates on patient charts.
- Administrative duties including revenue cycles and maintaining schedules.
What a Patient access representative will need:
- High school diploma and preferred Associates degree in healthcare related areas.
- Preferred two years of experience in a medical setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of health care plans.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
