What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Tech ( ARRT ) - Medical Imaging position at Trinity Health Michigan?
Job Status: Part Time
Hours: 8 per week with ability to pick up additional shifts
Schedule:
- 1st pay period: Second Monday 8:30 - 5 and second Friday 2:30p -11p
- 2nd pay period: First Saturday 2:30p to 11p, with call on Sunday 6:30 a-3p
What you will need:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- BLS certification.
- Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography RT(R) without restriction.
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiography Technology.
What you will do:
- Performs related tasks such as assisting patients in positioning for correct anatomical exposure.
- Provides appropriate radiation shielding and collimation to adhere to ALARA principles.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of work area.
- Performing routine clerical tasks.
