We are seeking a skilled RN/LPN to join our team at Dunes Family Medicine. As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing medical support to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process and meeting established standards within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical support to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process and meeting established standards within the clinic.
- Administer medications and treatments/procedures as directed, and as appropriate for the patient's medical care, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize internal and community resources in planning care and initiating referrals.
- Document nursing interventions and patient/family responses accurately, legibly, and in compliance with clinic policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- One to two years nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills to initiate and develop productive collaborative partnerships with all levels of leadership across the organization.
- Ability to read the subtle nuances of situations and react/plan accordingly.
