What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIM Team Lead - Full Time, Day Shift (St. Mary) position at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic?
Schedule: Full-time day shift. Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Through assessment of volumes, staffing, and workflow leads the team in achieving the goal of all tasks completed, daily, making the necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.
Treats associates and customers/patients in a respectful manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a relevant study.
Strong knowledge of Medical Record concepts including record completion requirements, chart tracking, and release of information procedures
Experience with Computer skills to include Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent Communication Skills
Superior Cerner system proficiency
