Job Description:
Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its St. Mary Physicians Group in Bucks County, PA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing health-related services that meet the unique needs of patients and their families as a Family nurse practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and secondary diagnosis integration
- Develop and implement education plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Manage patient care delivery and act as a patient advocate
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- 2-4 Years of experience ideal; new grads or less years considered with Women's Health certification
- Active NP License and National Certification as NP required
- BLS certification mandatory
