The Practice Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic practices, including employee scheduling, billing and collections, and adhering to applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

The Practice Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic practices, including employee scheduling, billing and collections, and adhering to applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure all services provided by MHA and Hospitalist physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants are billed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Seeks creative problem solving to develop suitable situations for all parties involved.
- Determine appropriate staffing levels to complete required tasks. Establishes a staff work schedule for each month in advance.
- Supervises Billing Manager in the performance of their duties.
- Establishes and maintains cooperative and productive relationships with all offices and external contacts and collaborates as necessary.
- Works closely with Operations managers and completes all other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- 5 year of previous Supervisory experience in a Physician's office
