Certification and License Requirements
As a CT Technologist at Trinity Health Oakland, you are required to have the following certifications and licenses:
- Valid state license for CT Technologist
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for all direct patient care personnel
Please note that license/certificate verification must be completed within 30 days of starting work. Additionally, you will need to complete the Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire and Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen before commencing your role.
A Physical/Health Statement must also be provided prior to starting work. Please ensure that you have signed forms on file in Trinity VMS as an engaged contractor.
