Job Requirements
Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS.
Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption(with agency letterhead). Declination not accepted for CA or IL. Flu dates : 10 / 1 / 2024-4 / 30 / 2025.
