BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel

License / Certificate Verification must be completed within 30 days of start

Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire must be completed before start

Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed before start

Schedule Information

1500-10's and every other weekend

Additional Details

Must complete various health and safety forms before starting

Proof of vaccinations required
