Position Purpose :
A Nursing Administrative Supervisor at Saint Mary’s Hospital is responsible for the daily operations of nursing staff within the facility. They ensure the highest standards of patient care by merging clinical expertise with leadership skills. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Support and mentor nursing staff, assign duties, and monitor performance for timely admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- The nursing management representative is available on-site during off shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Coordinate with healthcare departments and resolve staff and patient issues.
