What You Will Do
- Works closely with THONE Real Estate on expansion, renovation and renewal of properties.
- Evaluates staffing needs and conducts interviews, hires, orientations and coaching models/session to ensure successful outcomes/patient experiences.
- Comfortable with working with all departments within the organization regarding cross-functional operational issues, implement changes and informs staff of updates.
- Understanding of HIPAA and security policies to share with colleagues, includes reporting and write-ups.
- Contributes to overall quality of practice care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business, management or health related field preferred.
- Minimally 10 years successful management experience in healthcare, physician practice preferred. Significant knowledge of administrative and operational issues related to physician groups, hospital and health systems.
- Strong leadership and human resource, management, financial and problem solving skills required.
- Thorough knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedure in the healthcare industry.
- Thorough knowledge of practice operations.
