Position Purpose:
Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a receptionist to join our Cancer Center Team. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
What you will do:
- Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
- Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
- Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
- Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.
- Excellent computer abilities.
- Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
