Job Title: Chaplain - PACE Organization
Position Purpose:
The Chaplain at the PACE Organization provides spiritual leadership and support to participants, families, and staff. As a pastoral presence, you will address spiritual needs, offer guidance, and lead worship services while promoting a compassionate, faith-based environment.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a spiritual leader within the organization, offering support to participants, families, and staff in various settings including the center, hospitals, or homes.
- Lead worship services, memorial services, Bible studies, and religious celebrations, respecting the diverse faiths of participants.
- Foster a compassionate environment by anticipating and addressing the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of those you serve.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and maintain a warm, collaborative culture.
- Participate in training and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members and address conflict or concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field. Clinical Pastoral Education required; 1-2 years of chaplaincy experience, preferably in a medical or long-term care setting.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
- Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
