Glacier Hills is seeking Community Life Coordinator for its community in Ann Arbor, MI. Under the supervision of the Administrator/Designee, the Commuity Life Coordinator plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates activities designed to meet the interests and enhance the functional abilities of residents. Performs physical, mental, and psychosocial activities and works with volunteers to provide activities to enhance the living experience and well-being of each resident. In collaboration with the Administrator, allocates resources in an efficient and economic manner to ensure the program's viability.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with flexibility for evening/weekend events

Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
Six months of experience with planning and implementing socialization activities preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Self-starter, creative, and highly motivated with a high energy level, our residents will keep you busy.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the organization.
