Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Conduct inspection to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in preparing facilities for special events and functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field - property maintenance is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
