Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the memory care team to ensure the highest quality of care for residents with memory impairments.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- RN/LPN, licensure in the state of Michigan.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in memory care or long-term care.
