St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator to assist with administrative tasks in the Maintenance Department as well as perform light maintenance duties when required.
Job duties would include:
- Entering work orders for maintenance issues
- Scheduling work orders for completion with residents
- Ordering supplies for the Plant Operations team
- Answer phone calls as necessary
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Perform light maintenance duties including but not limited to:
- Inspection for completion of maintenance orders
- Reporting and repairing extinguished light bulbs, exit lights, etc.
Education and Experience:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service/maintenance field or experience in similar position.
