JOB SUMMARY

Evaluates patients, develop plan of care and provide treatment within the guidelines of physician referrals, participate in efficient, cost effective planning and operation of the Occupational Therapy Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Training and Experience
-
Two (2) years experience in Occupational Therapy practice preferred, but new graduates are acceptable.

BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
