Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assisted Living Director, with a LVN or RN background. Must have a current RCFE Administrator Certificate, with experience in management. Must have knowledge and experience with residents who suffer from dementias and end of life diseases. Must have excellent communication skills, willingness to exceed in the position to grow the company and self-growth. Must be a self starter, and a willingness to do what it takes to provide exceptional resident care for 4 special assisted living residential care homes. Must be proficient working with a computer, and be organized with record keeping, and tasks.
