Job Description:
We are currently hiring Home Care Referral Agents to join our growing team. As a referral agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with the right home care services. Your main task will be to refer clients to Trinity Home Care Agency, and you will earn a commission for each successful referral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by referring potential clients to Trinity Home Care Agency
- Use your network and marketing techniques to build relationships and expand our client base
- Ensure each client referral receives proper information
- Maintain clear communication with the team at Trinity Home Care Agency to ensure client needs are met
- Track and report progress to management
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay:You will earn $125 for each client you successfully refer to Trinity Home Care Agency.
- The more clients you refer, the more you earn – the potential is unlimited!
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or referrals is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Access to a computer or mobile device for communication and tracking
