Duties:
- Provide spiritual guidance and support across various environments, including hospitals, correctional facilities, military bases, and universities.
- Conduct religious ceremonies such as worship services, weddings, funerals, and other significant events.
- Deliver compassionate counseling and emotional support to individuals and families during times of crisis or loss.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
- Facilitate group discussions or support groups that address both spiritual and emotional needs.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of religious education programs.
- Engage in community outreach and represent the organization through public speaking engagements.
- Coordinate and organize religious events and activities.
Qualifications:
- A degree in theology, divinity, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Ordination or certification by a recognized religious organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention and bereavement support.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide individuals on their spiritual journey.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Experience in planning and executing religious events and activities.
