Job SummaryPediatric and Adult Overflow Registered Nurse
We are seeking a qualified Pediatric and Adult Overflow RN with at least 2 years of adult and ped experience, preferably.
The ideal candidate will have strong pediatric skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric and adult patients on our overflow unit.
- Care for patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring NICU feeders/growers and postpartum couplets care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
- Floating and assignment to other departments may be required.
Requirements
- ND or Compact License in hand.
- PALS certification in hand.
- NIH Stroke Certification within 1 year of start.
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience required.
- Ability to work rotating Days and Nights, every other weekend/holiday.
