- To maintain Trinity Homes buildings, equipment and systems in optimum operating condition and provide services required by other departments.

- Licenses and Certifications Required

- CDL preferred.
- Educational Requirements
- High School preferred, but not required.
- Trade School preferred, but not required.
- Experience Requirements
- Three years of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair preferred, but not required.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Proficient in maintenance/repair techniques.
- Read schematics and blueprints.
- Proficient in use of hand and power tools.
- Drive vehicle, to include passenger bus.
- Operate skidsteer with fork lift, bucket, or broom.
