- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Recruiter is responsible for recruitment functions and advertising of professional staff. Will act as a company representative at external career fairs. Preferred applicant will be outgoing, creative, able to work independently, strong customer service, and strong recruitment background. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Requires valid drivers license (travel required).
- Educational Requirements
- Bachelors in Management, Marketing, or other healthcare associated degree preferred.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment/HR experience strongly preferred.
- Preference may be given to applicant with experience in placement or staffing agency.
- Healthcare experience helpful, but not required.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Requires high level of accuracy, follow-through, and organizational skills. Interviewing experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Requires excellent computer skills and experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a team environment and establish a good rapport with co-workers.
