- Strong interest in private equity investing and business operations
- Assisting with new investment opportunity sourcing
- Evaluating new deals including detailed financial modeling and performing analysis on large data sets
- Supporting M&A execution including diligence process management and working with third party vendors
- Preparing investment committee materials summarizing qualitative and quantitative diligence findings
- Assisting with operational initiatives at portfolio companies
- Working with portfolio company management teams to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Supporting business development and investor relations
- This role will be structured as a 2-year program
- Upon completion of the program, THP envisions successful candidates moving into an Associate role at the firm or into a corporate development position at a THP portfolio company
