This position is for weekend workers only. Trinity In Home Care is looking for weekend workers who are willing to assist with shifts throughout the city. Set shifts and clients are available.

What we ask of you
- Provide in-home care to patients in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication Reminders as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the patient.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic medical tasks, such as taking vital signs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper techniques.
- Understanding of infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for the patient.
- Flexibility in scheduling, as work may require weekends, or holidays.
