We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team to perform client assessments, create personalized care plans, and support our caregivers in providing exceptional service
Reports to: Office Manager-Tameka
Job Qualifications:
8-5 availability Monday-Friday
Ability to multitask during the day and modify daily plans with ease if Meet and Greets or pop ins are requested by office managers for an urgent start of care or need
Strong comfort with coaching and/or correcting caregivers if needed during a client visit
Knowledge of Trinity Business Processes and Protocol of Caregivers
Minimum of 2 to 3 years working for a licensed healthcare company as a caregiver or a caregiver manager.
Exceptional written, verbal and consultative communication skills. Ability to communicate often and follow up with office teams emails and texts throughout the day.
Time management skills when managing the day around two important team meetings a week that this role is expected to be available for. Mon/Friday mornings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong team orientation, but ability to work anonymously and take initiative.
Must be motivational in a team environment
Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
Demonstrate exceptional patient interaction skills
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Familiarity with Medical practices terminology
Ability to plan, organize, delegate and supervise with time management skills
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods, procedures and staff effectiveness
