What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bolt Up Fitter position at TRINITY INDUSTRIAL SERVICES?
Key Responsibilities:
- Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections per ISO drawings and work plans.
- Assist with the installation and removal of blinds as needed for pressure testing.
- Possess a strong understanding of pipe fittings, bolts, valves, and related components.
- Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, and fittings according to project specifications.
- Use impact wrenches, combination wrenches, and line-up pins to install valves and piping spools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience as a Bolt-Up Fitter or in a similar industrial role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industry tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in physically demanding environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
