What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Program Analyst position at Trinity IT?
Role:
Trinity IT is seeking a Junior Program Analyst who can provide support to the program and project control. You will support program management efforts by analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in the implementation of projects. The Junior Program Analyst assists the individual project participants with resources and guidance for documentation, training and best practices. The Junior Program Analyst will work alongside the analyst team to coordinate efforts to optimize cross-project resources.
Candidates do not have to currently hold a Secret level security clearance, however they must be eligible to obtain one if needed for this role.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program initiatives.

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.

Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.

Support project managers in developing project timelines and budgets.

Conduct research and gather information to support program decisions.

Help maintain documentation related to program activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and share updates.

Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a business or technical field OR four years of experience as a data/program analyst developing, updating, modifying, and analyzing technical and business data, electronic spreadsheets, documents, and briefing materials.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Basic understanding of project management principles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Qualifications:

Four total years of experience as a data/program analyst developing, updating, modifying, and analyzing technical and business data

Knowledge of statistical analysis software
