Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, focusing on subjects such as Math and Literacy education.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere through effective classroom management techniques.
- Provide individualized support to students, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Engage in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings and improve student outcomes.
- Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool and toddler-aged children.
- Assess student performance through various methods to inform instruction and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in preschool or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in toddler care.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that fosters diversity and encourages participation from all students.
- Passion for educating young minds and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus.
