Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Manager to join our team in enabling novel product development that is revolutionizing the life sciences commercial model through technology and AI.
Trinity’s Product Strategy group is focused on creating transformative products that address our life sciences clients’ most challenging problems in the commercialization of novel therapeutics. We work side-by-side with business leaders, engineers, and designers to build and optimize technology products for the biopharmaceutical and medical device space.
Position Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and iteratively with business leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000-$120,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Position Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and iteratively with business leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users
- Ask the right questions to inform discovery/innovation and help determine if/how GenAI products can be applied to new categories of users
- Dive into customer use cases and feedback to help prioritize development that is conceptually aligned with strategy and user needs
- Reliably and accurately translate business needs into detailed product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support roadmap, release, and sprint planning to align the sequencing of product feature builds with business needs
- Track metrics/ratings around the user experience and engagement/adoption, pulling out ideas for new processes and/or new features
- Support the training and education of internal and client users on product features and releases
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, consulting, banking, or another business / technical role
- Ideal qualifications include previous experience with business process mapping, user experience design, agile software development, or software quality assurance
- Is a team player who is committed to team success and is willing to help fill gaps that arise
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and changes in direction based on user feedback
- Is driven to continually learn, including about the rapidly evolving field of GenAI
- Has the interpersonal skills to collaborative and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholder types and levels, often leading/inspiring by influence
- Uses professional presence and listening skills to build trust with business leaders/clients
- Is energized by diving into the nuances of client needs in various parts of Trinity’s business
- Understands technical concepts and builds credibility with Engineering teams through consistent, clear, and detail-oriented communication
- Has an analytical mindset and can translate complex requirements into actionable plans
- Possesses a motivation to learn or refine the craft of product management
