Job Summary
Trinity Lutheran Childcare is seeking compassionate and organized Teaching Aides for our center. We are licensed for 125 children and employ over 20 dedicated staff members. We serve children from birth to the age of 12. Our programs include Childcare, Preschool, Kindergarten Readiness and Extended School Care.
Our Mission: To Engage and Connect all people to the Love Jesus.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a classroom with developmentally appropriate experiences designed to educate the whole child.
- Engage and play with children.
- Assist the Lead Teacher as needed.
- Maintain open communication with parents.
- Provide a safe and clean environment for our little ones.
Skills
- Patience, flexibility and love for children.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
